Congratulations are in order for Donna Sue Groves, one of the original founders of the Adams County Quilt Barn Project. On April 21, 2010, Donna Sue will be awarded the Governor's Award for the Arts for her role in creating the project and for her leadership in the community, which is part of the Tourism Industry’s Appalachian region. The Tourism Division thanks you, Donna Sue, for your continued support of Ohio’s Appalachian region and the Ohio Tourism Industry!
