Important Group Tour Updates and Deadlines

The Division will participate in the upcoming Student and Youth Travel Association’s annual conference Sept. 5 – 9 in San Antonio, Texas.  Please provide Celeste Krolak with updated 2009 student educational and performance packages, including student images and special exhibit dates, by Aug. 8 to Celeste.Krolak@development.ohio.gov.

The Division also will participate in the National Tour Association’s annual conference Nov. 14 – 18 in Pittsburgh. Participation in the Ontario Motor Coach Association, American Bus Association, Heartland Travel Showcase, Bank Travel and the African American Travel Conference are all pending out-of-state travel approval. More details will be shared as they are received.

Revised group tour resources are available in the group tour section of the Industry site to assist you with your group tour requirements, media selection, convention and marketplace options and itinerary building.
